Vegan Super Salad from Guilt-Free Vegan

Jeff didn't give amounts, but here are my estimates:

Kale - about 1 cup chopped
Sprouts - I use about 1/4 cup home-sprouted broccoli
Cucumber - 1/4 of a cucumber, deseeded and chopped
Radish - 1 radish, halved and sliced
Red Pepper - 1/2 of a pepper, chopped
Purple Cabbage - 1/2 to 1 cup, sliced or chopped
Cherry Tomatoes - 3-4 sliced
Red Onion - about 1/4 cup, chopped
Sauerkraut - about 1/2 cup
Avocado - 1/2 an avo, sliced
White Beans - about 1/2 cup
Nutritional Yeast - 1/2 to 1 TBS (to taste)
Tahini - about 2 TBS
Lemon Juice - 1-2 TBS
Turmeric - 1/2 to 1 Tsp. (optional: add black pepper to bump up the turmeric benefits).

Here is a screen shot from the ingredients and nutritional information from my MyFitnessPal recipes. I used slightly different amounts and ingredients. It really is a customizable salad.
