     God-of-Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Juice of one lemon (or 1/4 cup of bottled lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 or so shakes of Eliza's Dried Walking Onion
  • 5 or so shakes of Kirkland's Organic Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
Directions
  1. Press the garlic gloves then toss the garlic in a blender with all the other ingredients.
  2. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Place in suitable container.
  4. Refrigerate unused portion.
