Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Juice of one lemon (or 1/4 cup of bottled lemon juice)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 or so shakes of Eliza's Dried Walking Onion
- 5 or so shakes of Kirkland's Organic Seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
Directions
- Press the garlic gloves then toss the garlic in a blender with all the other ingredients.
- Blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Place in suitable container.
- Refrigerate unused portion.
