Remember when aluminum was linked to Alzheimer's? Well it still is. Apparently you can reduce the amount of aluminum in your brain with silica water. This is a simplified recipe from the blog of Dr. Dennis Crouse. This recipe will yield 32mg of silicon per liter of water.
Where to purchase the ingredients:
Low Alkaline Sodium Silicate - Etsy
Mini Measuring Spoons - Amazon
A water filtering pitcher such as Zero - Amazon
(my online research suggests that Zero is better than Brita for removing aluminum).
Ingredients
1 level dash
(1/8 Tsp) + 2 level smidgens (1/32 tsp) of Sodium Silicate powder
(be sure to get low alkalinity with a ratio of 3.22 NOT Sodium Silicate - Alkaline form)
2 level smidgens of baking sode
Instructions
1. Add the sodium silicate powder to 1/8 of a cup of water and boil (you can use the microwave) for 30 seconds.
2. Immediately combine (to avoid re-polymerization) with enough cold water to make one gallon.
3. Add 1 level dash of Sodium Bisulfate
4. Purify this mixture through the water filter.
5. Add 2 smidgens of baking soda
Drink 3-4 cups per day, with meals.
For an interesting experiment, give yourself before and after brain tests to see if drinking silica water for a few weeks makes a difference in your cognitive abilities. Here are 2 online tests:
