Ingredients
1 cup cashews, soaked and drained
1/4 cup water
1 TBS tahini
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 TBS vinegar
1/4 chopped chives
1 tsp dried dill (or 1/4 fresh)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp granulated onion
salt to taste
Through everything into a high-power blender or robust food processor and blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings. You may want to add more water after overnight refrigeration; it firms up a bit.
