 Christmas Cookies

(Testing the recipe in 2022)


Ingredients:

½ Cup (one stick) Margarine (room temperature) 

½ Cup Maple Syrup

2 Cups Sugar

¼ Teaspoon Salt

½ Teaspoon Almond Extract

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Almond Flour

2½ Cups Gluten-Free Flour Blend

½ Cup Arrow Root Powder or Corn Starch

Mix the margarine (½ cup), maple syrup (½ cup), and sugar (2 cups), until smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth, using soy or almond milk as needed to get to a good dough consistency. 

Bake for 8-12 minutes (depends on your oven) at 325° F.
