Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine (softened but not melted)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (sift those lumps out)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (10X)
- 3 TBS. soymilk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Throw it all together in a mixing bowl, and us an electric mixer to whup it into a taste treat.
- Spread on cake, cupcakes, etc.
