Veggan (Bliss) Salad



















Serving Suggestions
This is really good right after being made, but even better the day after.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. tofu (firm or extra firm)
  • 1 1/2 cups Veganaise or Just Mayo
  • 2 TBS. wet mustard
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 cup chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped sweet onion
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Ground pepper (to taste)

Directions
  1. Squeeze excess water out of the tofu.
  2. Mash or crumble the tofu.
  3. Add everything else to the tofu and mix thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate.
