Ingredients
- 2 lbs. tofu (firm or extra firm)
- 1 1/2 cups Veganaise or Just Mayo
- 2 TBS. wet mustard
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 cup chopped celery (optional)
- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- Salt (to taste)
- Ground pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Squeeze excess water out of the tofu.
- Mash or crumble the tofu.
- Add everything else to the tofu and mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate.
