Tahini Gravy

Terrific on mashed potatoes.  And when the mashed-potato dam breaks, the gravy is good on the flooded downstream foods too.

Ingredients
1 Onion 
1 Tbs. Oil

1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Cup Tahini
1 Tbs. Flour
1 Tbs. Soy Sauce
1 1/4 Cups Water
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

Directions
  1. Chop the onion into small pieces, then saute (the pieces) in the oil.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the sauteed onion.  
  3. Whisk the mixture constantly, over medium heat, until the it thickens (to a -- uhm -- gravy consistency).
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
