Terrific on mashed potatoes. And when the mashed-potato dam breaks, the gravy is good on the flooded downstream foods too.
Ingredients
1 Onion
1 Tbs. Oil
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Cup Tahini
1 Tbs. Flour
1 Tbs. Soy Sauce
1 1/4 Cups Water
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Directions
- Chop the onion into small pieces, then saute (the pieces) in the oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the sauteed onion.
- Whisk the mixture constantly, over medium heat, until the it thickens (to a -- uhm -- gravy consistency).
- Remove from heat and serve.
